With a combined 65 years of experience in vehicle audio, we’re confident that we know exactly what our clients are looking for: excellent sound with no B.S.
All of our designs are completely original and drafted in-house. We prefer to show you how our boxes are built to bridge the gap between the manufacturer and installer.
Our Process
MDF is machined using our original designs. Once cut, the pieces are assembled by MFE employees. Up to 1 day is allowed for curing before the box is sanded and patched.
The box is then bedlined and ready for testing. A test woofer is then used to determine the quality of the seal. After passing the quality check, the box is marked as ready to ship.
Finally, the box is carefully packaged and shipped to the client, free of charge. A tracking number is created and shared with the client. Once delivered, we await our great review!
Frequently Asked Questions
Damage during shipping is uncommon, but we are aware that such things do happen. While we do our best to prepare packages for rough handling, we are not in control of how our products are handled after they have been shipped. That being said, we would gladly receive the damaged product to be assessed and consequently replaced.
Lead time for enclosures are presently 4-8 weeks. Please understand that national material shortages have made it difficult for us to supply our boxes (amongst other things) and we are constantly working with our distributors to get material to us, and eventually to you, expeditiously. Most accessories are exempt from this unless otherwise stated.
Our enclosures include accurate specs on depth and air space requirements. That being said, finding a woofer for our boxes is just a matter of matching the specs of our box to any compatible woofer. Until we offer audio hardware, we are only confident recommending enclosures at this time.
High-quality terminal cups are included with every enclosure. Seat lifts will be listed on the Products page when available.
Shipping is included in most of our products listed. Beyond the contiguous U.S., we have shipped to Hawaii and Canada at the present rates. Any enclosures that exceed package weight limits will be palletized and shipped as freight. Since this is more expensive, we will notify you when your package is not eligible for free shipping.
